Solutions Engineer

What I do

I hold a versatile role that bridges technical expertise and project leadership. As a Solution Engineer, I collaborate with major retail actors (in both french and english) — such as Boulanger, Entrepôt Du Bricolage, La Redoute, Leroy Merlin South Africa and Greece — to design and deliver large-scale, high-performance solutions.

My work is primarily rooted in the .NET ecosystem and the Microsoft Azure platform, covering the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) — from development and deployment to production operations.

Beyond pure development, I also take on project management responsibilities: I engage with stakeholders to align on objectives, translate business needs into actionable items, and organize and prioritize these within dedicated backlogs.

To ensure reliability and long-term maintainability, I design and implement operational processes, and set up Azure Dashboards to continuously monitor applications, track performance and maintain system health.

Core tasks & Achievements

• Managed international scale projects with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-native solutions to production
• Deployed multiple scalable and high-performance serverless Azure Functions in .NET 8 to production handling business-critical data ingestion, transformation, and processing
• Migrated the Azure Functions to .NET 10 and updated the related Azure resources configuration
• Developed comprehensive Azure Dashboards relying on app insights and Kusto Query Language (KQL) to analyze and monitor application performance to proactively identify and address potential issues
